Accommodating and affable staff who were always there to help. The location was peaceful, near The Garage. The property was in the heart of the city.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was excellant. The venue was set in the central position close to the city centre and union Square shopping centre/ Station as well as train station.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a beautiful area, so close to many eateries and bars and city centre. I loved the room with shared bathroom, my bed was extremely comfy.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, comfortable location, tasteful food. The room was brand-new, especially the bed was cozy. Great restaurant within short walking distance to the venue.

The room was bright, the staff was thoughtful and the location was fab. The breakfast was delicious, there was lots of food to chose from. The pool area was lovely too.

Very good service, tasty food and comfy location just next door to train station, town centre and many eateries.

Fairly clean place with fab staff and rooms. Swimming pool was nice too. Moreover, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was awesome...

The room was non-smoking & the personnel was extremely helpful. Beautiful view of garden. The stuff did all they can for a very relaxing stay. Had friendly service.

All good - I loved my stay - food was LOVELY and my bed was very comfy. The staff was very welcoming and was willing to help with every need.

we had the double room and it was lovely. met the demands, great value for money.

Being 4-6 minutes walking distance from Ask Italian was nice, we had dinner there.
